Interesting little snippet from a Brexit poll in today’s Times, measuring how supporters of different British political parties will vote ‘leave’ or ‘remain’ in the forthcoming EU referendum.
The Conservatives, unsurprisingly, have a majority in favour of exit, while Labour, the Liberal Democrats and the Scottish National Party, equally unsurprisingly, would vote roughly 2-1 in favour of staying.
The sting in the tail comes from the UKIP breakdown – 72% voting to leave, but…er…28% wanting to stay in the open-border, immigrant-friendly, red-tape smothering, undemocratic Brussels-bEUROcrat mega-state.
Which makes you wonder – which bit of “United Kingdom Independence Party” don’t they understand?
