Heard in Europe

UKIP boss Nigel Farage will face an unlikely rival in next May’s UK elections – Al Murray, the pub landlord.

Farage is standing as an MP in South Thanet, in Kent, and a well-known comedian will stand against him in character as a typically boozy Brit.

Murray’s party is called the Free the UK Party. Or FUKP. And FUKP talks tougher on Europe than even Farage!

“We will leave Europe by 2025 and the edge of solar system by 2050 – that’s common market sense,” he promises in this hilarious party political broadcast.

The spoof could end up ridiculing Nigel and his chums. Unless of course, FUKP actually wins.

Here’s hoping the folk of South Thanet get the joke!
